 Fast Project Turn-Around

There are 2 scenarios you need to consider to reach your goal,
but they both follows the same steps towards Fast Project Turn-Around:

  1. The application exists already as a Scharwzmüller-Inverter standard Application (click here to see which applications already exist).
    In this situation, you will only need to work with
    the "Service Tool" for configuring your Application and to download the final software into your inverters.
  2. The application does not exist, or although the application exist, you want to make major modifications to it. In this situation, you will
    need to work with the "Plus +1 Guide Tool" to
    build your Application and then download it into the inverters.

The Process you want to consider for the first 2 scenarios follows these steps:

"Self Programme" in Open Source

The PLUS+1 concept allows you to perform the Application design and programming yourself.

All you need is a Plus+1 Guide License or, in the event a fully tested "Application"already exists, all you need is to download the
Sauer-Danfoss Service Tool to download the SW Example to the inverter and to configure your machine.

The term "Open Source" in this connection means that you have full access to development, modification and changes to application specific
functionality without having to involve the inverter manufacturer, which is else often the Industry Standard.

This saves you a lot of time and cost.

You have access to a number of pre-defined Applications (e.g. for AGV, for Single Traction, etc.) and a number
of Functional Blocks (such as Hour Counters, Battery Discharge Indicator, Direction Indicator (F-N-R), Service functions etc. etc.).                BACK
